Paul's Omelettery

We decided to have brunch at this location because our friend recommended this place to us. Around 11am there was a lineup out the door already. Thank goodness it was just the two of us. The wait was about 30 mins. I ordered the breakfast special which consisted of a sandwich with brie, avocado and black forest ham on marble rye bread and a chicken noodle soup on the side. The noodles in the soup were overcooked and soggy the soup was also on the saltier side. The bread was delicious and the cheese was great. Bf ordered the texas cut french toast with a side of wild game chrizo. Overall, a great meal but simple to make at home. Bill was about $30.00.
