Gyozabar

Craving ramen and decided to grab ramen nearby my work place. Went to Gyozabar. I had the tomato shio ramen which consisted of a chicken/pork broth with egg, veggies and chasu. This was not the same as your regular shio broth. It wasn't overly oily but a tad salty in my opinion. The broth was drinkable and not as heavy as your regular ramen broths. The noodles were good. The egg was a tad salty but had a wonderful flavour on the outside and ooey gooey in the inside. They give you one lean pork slice and one fatty. I prefer the fatty because the lean one was still a little bit hard to chew. The vegetables were the star of the show. Nice and buttery, melt in your mouth lettuce. Overall, an ok meal but super pricey. It came to $16 plus tip for a bowl of ramen. Probably won't go back for the price. You can get better elsewhere.
