How lucky is Lucky Fortune Seafood Restaurant?

So, my family decided to try this new dim sum place in Richmond called Lucky Fortune Seafood Restaurant. We got there around 10:30am...before 11:30am it is $2 for each item after 11:30am is $2.50 per item. When we got there, there wasn't that many people just a couple of tables seated. We got seated and the food was coming from all directions. The food was alright...nothing spactacular cause the food was cheap. The waiters and waitresses were a little pushy, trying to get us to try certain foods. Overall, a good place to get your dim sum cravings met.
