Pho Hong

One of my favourite places to go for vietnamese noodle soup is Pho Hong on Fraser. I use to frequent this place a lot but lately I haven't so I decided to make a stop here last weekend. Since this restaurant was fairly close to my house we decided to walk over for dinner. I usually ordered just the number 1 large. Which consists of flank, rare beef slices, meat balls and tendon. I like the broth at this location because it is on the sweeter side which means more msg. I found that out afterwards when I got hungry after a couple of hours. The broth is nice and hearty and the noodles weren't too soft and the meat was tender. I enjoy going to this place the only thing I dislike is the dark atmosphere. The place is quite dark. Overall, another great pho experience.
