Brioche Urban Eatery

We recently went back to visit this restaurant which is one of our favourite italian restaurants besides Italian Tomato. We started off just walking into this place when we were in the area looking for a place to eat before a music concert we had to go to. After that one experience, we knew we had to come back. We started off with the Cioppino, which is basically a seafood stew. Packed with loads of seafood: halibut, salmon, squid, calamari, mussels, clams. This soup was very tasty and hearty. The portion was huge! We also ordered the Pasta Salsiccia which consists of italian sausages, mushrooms, and chili in a tomato cream sauce. The pasta was al dente the way we like it very toothsome. And the sauce wasn't too heavy but light so it makes you eat even more. Overall we had a very delicious meal. We even met new people who came from Hawaii from Big Island visiting Vancouver. We had a lovely chat with the couple and we both wish we were back in Hawaii.
