Hidden Gem in Maple Ridge

Recently, me and bf decided to go for sushi nearby his place and we of course decided to go to Ebi Sushi. I've failed to blog about this place and now I do so. Ebi Sushi is definitely worth trying out. The service is nice and friendly and the food is delicious! Ever since I've been here probably 8 plus times I've never had a single disappointed visit. The specialty rolls are our favorite. We usually get the Spicy Crazy Boy Roll (California roll deep fried), Washington Roll (California roll topped with fresh salmon), Caterpillar Roll (BBQ eel with avocado on top) Power of Love Roll (California roll w/tomatoes and fresh fish served with house spicy sauce) and their salmon sashimi (it's sooo incredibly yummy and fresh) Lately, they have a new menu with combinations of different rolls which we think is a great choice to our meal. I definite must try!
