Bang On T-Shirt Company

So, I was in charge of my friend's bachelor party t-shirts for this weekend in Vegas. And I had to produce 12 shirts for the guys and 1 shirt for the groom. So since I work at a t-shirt printing company: Great West Graphics since we are wholesale I only could produce a minimum of 12. And the grooms shirt was a different design then the other guys so, I had to get the 1 shirt printed elsewhere. So I decided to try out Bang On at Metrotown. This was the worse mistake of my life. They charged me over $50.00 for the shirt. Up selling me to purchase vinyl transfers which they said was the best print for the best look. So I went ahead with it. I was hoping it was going to turnout great. But, I was wrong. First of all I sent a quote request and they told me the shirt was going to cost me $30-40. And it was a basic 1 color full front and 1 color full back print. I sent them the design through email and asked them if they needed anything else from me and they said it was fine. So I went to the store to drop of my shirt (which they don't carry-the shirt I wanted) so I had to purchase my own shirt and drop it off. So they told me that the turnaround time was 30 mins. So, I emailed them saying I"ll be there in 30 and they took longer then expected I waited for over an hour. And just left and came back the other day. So I got it picked up and I saw this:


The front was fine. But, the back was missing dots on the i's, the text was crooked, the letters were cut off here and there. It was totally inconsistent and unrepresentable. I was very sad because this was a gift from me to the groom and it turned out terribly wrong. I am not planning to go back there anymore. I just wish they could have told me that it couldn't be done or that it needed more time so I can get something more presentable. Sadly to say we didn't have enough time for them to redo the job. Sadly, to say there will be no more visits from me to Bang On.
